                              RESOLUTION NO. 21524
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF
                 GENERAL SERVICES TO EXECUTE AN OPTION TO
                 PURCHASE REAL ESTATE AGREEMENT WITH THE
                 CHATTANOOGA YMCA, RELATIVE TO THE ACQUISITION
                 OF PROPERTIES FOR THE INNER CITY DEVELOPMENT
                 CORPORATION, FOR A CONSIDERATION OF TWENTY-NINE
                 THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-TWO DOLLARS
                 ($29,772.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Administrator of the Department
       of General Services be and is hereby authorized to execute an
       Option to Purchase Real Estate Agreement with the Chattanooga
       YMCA, relative to the acquisition of properties for the Inner 
City
       Development Corporation, for a consideration of $29,772.00.
